Set out your plans by day - or label them however you like. We ship with a default PPL split, but hey, it's up to you!
Below are some short & sweet clips on how to use the app.
Create your own custom named exercises from the Graphs page. Just tap the Add button to get started.
Long-press items to select them, and then tap the trash icon in the top right to delete multiple items.
Tap the add button from the Plans tab to get started. Pick exercises of your choice, and label or pick the day you want to complete each workout on.
After entering an exercise, a timer fires off in the background. Control it manually from the timers page.
Everything is configurable! Customize to your hearts content. From any of the list views, tap the menu (right of the search bar) then access the settings. On the timers page it's the cog in the top right.
You can even remove entire tabs from the app. From the settings page tap on the tabs item. Toggle tabs on/off and use the drag handles to order them as you wish.
